NOSE: Robust oak, pine and smoky coals. Once aerated, notes of fruitcake, apricot and caramel.

FLAVOR: Enters unflinchingly and undergoes a metamorphosis from peppery wood and bitter chocolate to tobacco, plums and vanilla.
